You now have to decide if it is worth your time, effort and money to file a lawsuit.

Once you have decided to file a lawsuit, you will need to pursue your claim in the correct forum. The possible forums that you can pursue a legal claim in are:

  • The Small Claims Tribunal
  • The Magistrate Court
  • The District Court
  • The High Court

A lawyer will be able to advise you on the different processes for filing a lawsuit in the different forums.
